Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

Sarah Olulode is a passionate and highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist, registered with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

She has extensive experience working across education settings in Scotland, England, and Belgium, in both the public and private sectors. Sarah has supported children and young people with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs in clinics, mainstream and specialist primary and secondary schools, and post-16 education settings.

Sarah has a strong interest in capacity building and whole‑school approaches to communication. She particularly enjoys training schools, collaborative planning with teachers, developing resources, and supporting whole-staff teams to embed best practice in speech, language, and communication across the curriculum. She is the lead for AAC training within ECASS and has previously delivered training for professionals and parents, including speaking at NAPLIC’s CPD event for Speech and Language Therapists working in Developmental Language Disorder.

Alongside her clinical work, Sarah is currently studying Clinical Research Delivery, reflecting her growing interest in evidence‑based practice, service development and ensuring impactful change in the classroom.

With a keen interest in organisational development and change management, Sarah is enthusiastic about contributing to sustainable school improvement and inclusive practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing netball, learning French, socialising and travelling.
